Up close with Princess Kay

In September, Emily Annexstad, ’20, will end her reign as the 64th Princess Kay of the Milky Way. Annexstad, who grew up on a dairy farm in St. Peter, Minnesota, is a 4-H veteran who showed her first calf at the Nicollet County Fair at age 6. Today, she’s studying animal science and agricultural communications at the U.
